How To book

 

To book onto any of our trips and Holidays you can simply call our booking office on 01443 710604 or through one of our booking agents. Our Office is open between the hours of 9:30am-5:00pm.

 

 

 

 

Booking Process

 

After booking through us direct you will receive a confirmation invoice via the post or Email which ever is your preference. Your confirmation will contain all the details about your booking i.e. Tour, dates, accommodation, monies paid, outstanding balances, date of final payment, etc. At the time of your booking we require a £30 per person deposit and the outstanding balance would be required six weeks prior to departure. A provisional booking can be made and held for seven days which will then be released unless a deposit has been received.

 

The next step in the process will be your pick up times which you will receive approximately one week prior to departure this will be called your Final Confirmation. Accompanied with your Final Confirmation will be luggage labels and a holiday itinerary. If you was to book with one of our agents your Final Confirmation will be sent to your booking agent before making its way to you.

 

 

 

Please Note: If you are to book with and agent all payments are to be made to the agent directly. likewise any direct bookings are to be settled directly with Gibbons Coach Holidays.

 

 

 

Day Of Departure

 

 

Please be aware that on the day of departure that you may not be picked up by a coach it may be that you are being picked up by one of our minibuses or cars that are used on our feeder service.

 

 

Please Note: Our feeder service can not accommodate mobility scooters but if you wish to take one with you then please let our office know. We can then make arrangements to have it on the coach prior to departure.
